To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy: * Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service total. * Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service total. * This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
