Cancellation Policy
We value your time and strive to provide the best experience for every client. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following policy:
* Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service total.
* Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service total.
* This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
